2 Score the ribs and cover with rub mix

3 Rub the seasoning into the meat

4 Place ribs in a pan and cook for 1 1/2 hours

5 After 1 1/2 hours, flip ribs over in pan and cover in BBQ sauce, cook for another 30 minutes
